Unwarranted back rent case. Walter handled my case with the landlord who was suing huge amounts for back rents that were already settled. He subpoenaed an individual who actually showed up to the trial date, he prepared document after document which were all integral to settling the case strongly in our favor. Walter is very approachable, always makes sure he is available for his clients at all times. Very diligent and erudite in his field. He explained complex systems and made us aware of many things in our lease agreement that we would have otherwise been oblivious to. After an 11 month long case, due to Walter's proper documentation the landlord had no choice but to settle.
