A native New Yorker and tenant's rights advocate. Prior to opening his own firm, Walter was a Senior Staff Attorney with the New York City Legal Aid Society and Special Counsel to the New York State Assembly. Walter has been a feature on Tenant Talk Radio, has represented thousands of individual tenants with commercial and residential landlord tenant disputes. His clients have been so satisfied with their results that they are still coming back for his help decades later. He is well known in the field of landlord tenant matters as well as general real estate litigation, long standing relationships with opposing counsel, and housing court judges, which gives his clients an advantage.

Elizabeth Jennings, Esq. is the Principal attorney at the firm having worked with The Law Offices of Walter Jennings P.C. for the past ten years. She is an extraordinary landlord tenant lawyer and certified mediator who is licensed to practice in CT, NY. She began her legal career as a GAL and Attorney for the Minor Child in Connecticut. In addition to being a litigator, Elizabeth provides clients with Alternative Dispute Resolution mindset when working on their cases and offers ideas to clients to help solve their matters based on good information and sound judgment. She is well versed in all aspects of the Court systems and always seeks a pathway that is in the client’s best interest. Her enthusiasm, positivity and love of her field of law make working with her a real pleasure.

She uses her MBA in Information Technology to keep the firm client centered and focused on maximizing their results. Her years of experience in business development emboldens and The Law Office Of Walter Jennings to be innovative and to properly manage client's cases. Prior to working at the firm Jennifer ran her own retail business which specialized in import of executive business gift items.
